Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of our training program and food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: understand and apply mission and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90%+ Quest-for-the-Best mystery shop score and respond promptly to feedback; greet guests by name when appropriate.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product info, promotions, and ads.
• Work Ethic: support in-store appearance standards; complete daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerance; monitor for discrepancies.
• Merchandising: assist with floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help restock merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow all company policies, pricing, loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions efficiently and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safety, clean spills, use proper lifting techniques, report incidents.
• Cleanliness: keep store welcoming and clean.
• Extra Duties: perform additional tasks as assigned.
