PAJCO, Inc. is seeking a retail team member to uphold our mission and core values while delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Missouri location. You will handle sales, maintain store standards, and support merchandising and safety initiatives. Training and food safety certification are encouraged.

The role emphasizes active listening, effective communication, and the ability to work well within a team to meet store metrics and guest satisfaction goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete our training program and be food safety certified.

Mansioni

• Knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Maintain an average 90% or higher on Quest-for-the-Best mystery shops and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Maintain awareness of product information, promotions, and advertisements.
• Support company appearance standards via daily/weekly tasks.
• Manage cash handling within daily tolerance.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assist replenishment of merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Adhere to all policies, pricing, and loss prevention procedures.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Practice safe lifting techniques and report safety incidents to a manager.
• Keep store clean, welcoming, and compliant with company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
