The role focuses on leadership development, coaching, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, while maintaining a positive work culture and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in a casual dining setting.
• Able to make decisions, identify and resolve problems, and guide staff.
• Capable of planning, prioritizing tasks, and coaching the hospitality team.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and periods of high service demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop the hospitality team to mastery of their roles.
• Coach and provide feedback to ensure friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards and policies.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Forecast, schedule, manage labor, inventory, and costs per policy.
