Capital Vacations seeks a Hospitality Specialist to ensure exceptional guest service and a warm, welcoming environment throughout the stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, assist guests with reservations, and address needs to drive satisfaction.

As a hospitality-focused team member, you will coordinate with other departments, manage inquiries, and support revenue processing daily while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills and attention to detail required; ability to handle pressure.

Aufgaben

• Manage front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Answer guest questions about local restaurants and attractions.
• Make reservations, room moves, and follow up on guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and process revenue daily.
• Balance cash drawer, post transactions, and run nightly audits when needed.
• Respond to online reviews and communicate with owners/guests as required.
