Capital Vacations is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Specialist to deliver warm, efficient guest experiences and oversee front desk operations during guest stays.

You will check guests in/out, handle reservations, post charges, and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction across resort locations. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and proactive guest services to drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and collect balances, post room charges, make reservations, room moves, and stay-overs to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Run reports and correct errors before guest check-in; prepare night audit daily; respond to online reviews.
• Answer calls from the switchboard with proper etiquette and assist guests with local restaurants and attractions.
• Make courtesy and follow-up calls to guests; notify owners whether villas have been rented or not.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth response to guest requests.
• Process revenues from all departments daily; balance cash drawer, post transactions, and perform banking runs.
• Enter maintenance and service requests in SPI; manage RCI points and banking.
