Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations. You will ensure team members perform their duties according to the business plan and uphold hospitality, not just service, standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining quality and cleanliness, training teammates, and helping control labor costs while encouraging a positive, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and means to communicate with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staff to prevent issues and adjust as needed.
• Train and supervise Team Members and maintain standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining staffing levels and labor costs.
• Support management in maximizing sales and profits and minimizing costs.
• Plan, organize, and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain professional conduct and positive working relationships with the team.
