Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in delivering outstanding hospitality and smooth operations during each shift. You will ensure team members perform their duties and meet expectations in alignment with the restaurant's business plan.

You will train and supervise staff, monitor service quality, manage staffing levels, and help control costs while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are met.
• Monitor operations to anticipate problems and correct them promptly.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members.
