Capstone Restaurant Group in Quincy, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations, ensuring all activities support the restaurant’s business plan and consistently deliver hospitality at a high standard.

The role requires supervising Team Members, maintaining staffing levels, training staff, controlling labor and costs, upholding quality, safety, and sanitation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible hours including opening and closing shifts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.
• Monitor restaurant operations and address problems promptly.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage staffing levels and labor costs.
