Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, train and mentor team members, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include inventory management, guest issue resolution, and monitoring sales and labor costs to drive efficiency and profitability. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a supervisory role within hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts for front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock monitoring.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor sales and labor costs and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
