Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Manager in Davis, CA to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff across front- and back-of-house, train teammates, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

In this role you’ll manage inventory, resolve guest concerns, and monitor performance metrics to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service excellence.
• Manage inventory and supplies and monitor stock levels.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor sales and labor costs and support efficiency improvements.
