Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations, ensuring hospitality, standards, and profitability. You will supervise Team Members and ensure duties align with the restaurant's business plan.

The role requires minimum 18 years old, flexible hours including opening and closing shifts, reliable transportation, strong communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and clear communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met promptly.
• Monitor restaurant operations and staff performance to maintain quality and standards.
• Enforce cleanliness, safety, and sanitation policies consistently.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively.
• Train and supervise team members, providing direction and feedback.
• Support sales and profit goals while controlling controllable costs.
• Plan and execute operational routines during shifts and coordinate with management.
• Foster a cooperative, professional atmosphere among staff and guests.
• Address issues quickly and escalate when necessary to management.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, and security policies and procedures.
