Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. You will ensure team members perform their duties according to the business plan, uphold hospitality standards, and support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Guest driven focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours including opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and clear communication with the restaurant.

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met.
• Monitor restaurant operations and address problems promptly.
• Enforce quality, service and cleanliness standards consistently.
