Position Summary

The Hospitality Shift Leader plays a key leadership role in the front-of-house (hospitality) area, supporting daily operations, coaching front line team members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Chick-fil-A culture of genuine hospitality and service excellence.

Schedule:Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-of-house team during assigned shifts
• Deliver exceptional guest service by setting the standard for hospitality
• Coach, train, and develop front line team members on service standards
• Monitor guest flow, ensure station organization, and maintain cleanliness
• Manage guest concerns professionally and timely
• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and shift reporting
• Coordinate opening, transition, and closing procedures
• Promote teamwork, identify operational issues, and implement solutions
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on hospitality
• Effective communication with guests and team members

Required Qualifications

• Must beat least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Leadership experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or similar environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
