Job summary

Chuze Fitness is seeking a Lead 1 to guide front desk operations and uphold our hospitality-focused culture. You will lead by example, ensuring a vibrant, professional environment with a strong emphasis on the member experience.

Responsibilities include sign-ups, POS transactions, smoothies if applicable, and staff training. The role involves daily shift management, member inquiries, and collaboration with management on escalated concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or fitness front desk is preferred.
• Ability to greet members warmly and manage daily front desk operations.
• Strong work ethic and reliability with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain brand standards for member greeting and interaction.
• Tend to front desk tasks including sign-ups, POS, and smoothie prep where applicable.
• Train front desk staff and share best practices from LMS and policy materials.
• Oversee daily shift operations, breaks, opening and closing duties.
• Troubleshoot member inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Handle club email, reports, and inventory tasks with accuracy.
• Participate in regular team meetings.
