Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service.
- Previous experience running shifts or leading a team.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest.
- Ensure the club looks its best by completing daily cleaning tasks.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships and check-ins.
- Resolve member questions related to accounts and services.
- Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
- Help keep the club running smoothly by supporting daily operations.
