Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience running shifts or leading a team.
• Teamwork mindset with ability to give/receive feedback.
• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain standards in customer service by welcoming and interacting with members.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation remains clean.
• Assist front desk operations: sign-ups, retail, amenities, phones, POS, and smoothies if applicable.
• Train front desk staff and uphold best practices from coaching, LMS paths, and Harassment Prevention training.
• Support daily shift operations: break coverage, delegate cleaning tasks, and manage opening/closing.
