Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Lead 1 to support a vibrant, professional gym floor, lead by example, and elevate member experience.

You will supervise front desk operations, train staff, handle sign-ups, maintain cleanliness, and ensure opening/closing duties are completed. The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Teamwork-based mentality with the capacity to deliver and receive feedback
• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
• 1 year: Customer Service experience
• Previous experience running shifts or leading a team
• Preferred: High school graduate or GED

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain Chuze standards in customer by welcoming and interacting with all members
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is clean
• Assist in all aspects of front desk operations, including membership sign-ups, retail presentation, amenities, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and making smoothies
• Train all front desk employees and maintain knowledge of best practices and policies
• Support running daily shift operations, including breaks, cleaning, and opening/closing responsibilities
• Assist in troubleshooting member inquiries and escalate concerns with management
• Assist in administrative tasks such as member management software reports, inventory counts and managing club email
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
