Job summary

Chuze Fitness is seeking a Lead 1 to support a vibrant team and uphold hospitality standards across all club operations. You will welcome members, guide tours, assist with memberships, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space.

You will lead shifts, communicate effectively, and mentor teammates, while performing opening/closing tasks, handling billing questions, and promoting Chuze Blends where applicable. Previous experience in customer service and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Previous experience running shifts or leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members.
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
• Support fellow Chuzers on operational best practices, policies, and training standards.
• Help keep the club running smoothly by supporting daily operations, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities.
• Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families.
