Responsibilities

• Resolve problems related to patient, visitor, staff or employee complaints and opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with nursing and Center for Patient Placement staff to ensure efficient bed throughput and access to care.
• Understand all employee work assignments and schedules for adequate coverage.
• Conduct training and retraining as needed and follow the recommended training process.
• Monitor response times and associate productivity; enforce department policies and follow up on assignments.
