• Coordinate with nursing and Center for Patient Placement staff to ensure bed throughput and patient access to care.
• Understand all employee work assignments and schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct training sessions and retraining as needed; follow prescribed training processes.
• Monitor response times and staff productivity; maintain effective relationships with staff.
• Oversee Hospitality functions to ensure timely task completion and address service issues.
• Communicate proactively with hospital personnel about delays or issues with service requests.
• Monitor projects and on-call staff; evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
