Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient, visitor, staff, or employee complaints and opportunities.
• Coordinate with nursing and patient placement staff to improve bed throughput.
• Monitor staff assignments and scheduling for adequate coverage.
• Participate in training and retraining per policy.
• Monitor response times and staff productivity.
• Enforce department policies and follow up on assignments and issues.
• Oversee hospitality functions to ensure timely task completion and quality service.
• Communicate delays or issues with hospital personnel promptly.
