The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama’s Gulf Coast is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard guests and property. You will conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, and engage with guests to promote a safe environment while ensuring outstanding service.

Responsibilities include maintaining access control, reporting incidents, and developing response protocols to empower security staff and support a secure, welcoming experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Security: Use advanced security cameras and technology to monitor the property, detect threats, and prevent security breaches.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct regular safety audits to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Collaboration with Emergency Services: Establish communication with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance emergency response capabilities.
• Incident Reporting: Operate a digital incident reporting system to document and resolve safety hazards, security breaches, or suspicious activities.
• Visible Security Presence: Maintain a visible presence across the property, providing proactive assistance and fostering a sense of safety among guests and associates.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner while maintaining vigilant security measures.
• Access Control: Utilize access control systems to safeguard restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry.
