As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will ensure the safety and security of the hotel property, guests, and associates. Your duties include conducting regular patrols, identifying safety hazards, using surveillance technology, and maintaining a visible security presence. You will collaborate with local emergency services, operate an incident reporting system, and engage with guests to foster a safe environment. Additionally, you'll manage access control and develop response protocols for security situations. Your role is vital in creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent customer service.
