The role includes patrolling, identifying hazards, and coordinating with local emergency services to ensure a secure environment.

You will operate incident reporting, maintain access control, and uphold a visible security presence to support guest experiences and hotel safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or loss prevention is beneficial.
• Ability to monitor property and guests for safety.
• Strong customer service mindset while enforcing policies.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Security: monitor the property with cameras and technology to prevent breaches.
• Risk Assessments: perform safety audits and address hazards.
• Collaboration with Emergency Services: coordinate with local authorities for emergencies.
• Incident Reporting: document safety issues and security events in the system.
• Visible Security Presence: maintain a noticeable security presence and assist guests.
• Guest Interaction: engage with guests in a friendly, safe manner.
• Access Control: manage restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Incident Response Protocols: develop and communicate response procedures.
