Job summary

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection in Alabama is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property. You will patrol, monitor with CCTV, identify hazards, and coordinate with local emergency services to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

You will manage access control, document incidents, and engage with guests to deliver exceptional service while upholding security standards across the resort.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Security: monitor property with cameras and tech to prevent breaches.
• Risk assessments: identify hazards and maintain guest/staff safety.
• Collaboration with Emergency Services: coordinate with local authorities for emergencies.
• Incident Reporting: document safety issues using digital system.
• Visible Security Presence: maintain proactive security across the property.
• Guest Interaction: engage with guests while upholding safety.
• Access Control: safeguard restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Incident Response Protocols: develop and communicate response steps for staff.
