Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager on property to drive revenue growth and cultivate key accounts in Las Vegas properties. You will proactively solicit opportunities, upsell services, and coordinate with events teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

As the local sales contact, you will forecast revenue, manage relationships, and lead the team to deliver on budgeted goals while maintaining exceptional client service across group bookings

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred; luxury brands and experiential services preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and navigate complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and handle revenue opportunities for the hotel.
• Actively upsell products and services throughout the sales process.
• Achieve personal and team revenue goals.
• Ensure proper turnover of business for service delivery.
• Forecast group sleeping rooms and revenue for assigned accounts.
• Create sales contracts as required.
• Coordinate with events/Catering/Convention Services for seamless execution.
• Maintain high-level guest satisfaction and long-term relationships.
