Lafrance Hospitality is seeking a Bench Sales Manager to support our South Coast area hotels, with home base in Westport, MA. You will coordinate sales activities, source new business, and service accounts while traveling across the South Coast region.

We value experience in hospitality sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This in-person role offers growth and competitive benefits, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in changing environments.
• Ability to travel across the South Coast region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead and execute sales activities across the assigned hotel portfolio.
• Assist with sourcing new business and maintaining client relationships.
• Support hotel sales operations where coverage is needed.
• Cover vacations or leaves for hotel sales personnel.
• Work with hotel leadership teams on revenue-driving projects.
