New Bedford Harbor Hotel, part of Lafrance Hospitality, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping and the 222 Union Food & Beverage outlets. You will coach teammates, drive guest satisfaction, and help maximize profitability under the General Manager's guidance.

This on-site leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Availability to work across all hotel departments including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departments as assigned by the General Manager.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and develop improvement strategies.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to guest reviews.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and requests.
• Assist with food and beverage in the 222 Cafe.
• Coach and train new team members and ensure smooth operations.
