Responsibilities

• The Sales Support Manager provides field-based sales support to hotels within an assigned region, particularly in markets where geographic coverage or performance needs require additional sales activity.
• This role focuses on outside sales execution, including in-market prospecting, client visits, and lead follow-up to help hotels generate new business and improve occupancy.
• The Sales Support Manager partners closely with the Regional Director of Sales, General Managers, Area Managers, and hotel teams to support local sales initiatives and convert qualified opportunities into revenue.
