Courtyard Boston Marlborough is seeking an outgoing Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department and collaborate with Front Desk and hotel operations to deliver seamless guest experiences. You will manage group reservations, inquiries, and communications to help convert opportunities into bookings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and basic social media/digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and guest inquiries and assist with new business opportunities.
• Coordinate group reservations, room blocks, rooming lists, contracts, and special requests.
• Communicate group and event details with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Assist with sales proposals, client follow-up, hotel events, promotions, and social media updates.
• Maintain accurate information in hotel sales, reservation, and property-management systems.
• Provide professional customer service and support the Sales team with administrative tasks and special projects.
