Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales and Catering Manager for The Hanover Inn in Hanover, NH. Drive group and conference sales while supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing to achieve revenue goals, social media initiatives, and strategic business development.

Prospect new business, maintain client relationships, and coordinate site inspections and proposals to showcase the property’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two to four years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate group, conference, and event sales revenue for the hotel, focusing on local, national and social markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across rooms, F&B, and conference services.
• Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing Social Media marketing initiatives to support the hotel’s position as the premier destination for college events, conferences, reunions, and game-day experiences.
• Actively prospect, qualify, and secure new business while growing existing accounts through relationship building and targeted outreach.
• Partner with the conference planning team to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare creative sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct site inspections to showcase the property’s offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to establish the hotel as their preferred venue.
• Participate in community engagement and actively promote the hotel within the Hanover and Dartmouth communities.
