Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for The Hanover Inn. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, engage with guests, and maintain top cleanliness standards across rooms and public spaces.

The role includes supervising staff, training new team members, and coordinating daily workflows to ensure exceptional service, with respect to safety and efficiency. This is a hands-on, on-site position at the Hanover Inn.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar Housekeeping position desirable.
• Engaging and caring personality with good time management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work on feet.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning supplies safely.
• Lift, carry and position loads up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Coordinate the day’s work flow and distribution of duties.
• Inspect guest rooms following highest quality standards.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory of linen and supplies.
• Assist in completion of performance evaluations.
