Qualifications

• Associates degree in hotel/hospitality or related field or equivalent experience/education combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Background check and drug screen clearance required.
• Professional communication skills in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales kits and contracts; document prospective accounts.
• Complete BEOs and resumes for clients and operations.
• Enter rooming lists, tax-exempt status and payment verification in company systems.
• Monitor room blocks and communicate weekly with property staff.
• Resolve group issues including billing, reservations, and contract discrepancies.
• Coordinate client appreciation and in-house lodge events.
• Provide meeting-specific information throughout negotiations and departure.
• Attend pre- and post-conference meetings as needed.
• Handle in-suite VIP packages and amenities.
• Maintain PM ledger and support sales team with special projects.
