Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Support group sales efforts and assist with contracts, invoices, and data entry.
• Prepare BEOs, resumes, and communicate client needs and pricing.
• Enter rooming lists, verify payments, and monitor group room blocks.
• Coordinate client events, attend meetings, and assist with special projects.
