Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Professional communication skills both verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Support group sales efforts as assigned by the DOSC (Director of Sales & Catering).
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and resumes for clients and operations teams.
• Enter accurate rooming lists and payment verification in company systems.
• Monitor room blocks and communicate weekly about group room pick-ups.
• Investigate and resolve group complaints or conflicts including billing, reservations, and contracts.
