Job summary

Gibson Hotel Management Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to assist with multiple properties.

You will be the main contact for meeting planners after group bookings, coordinating room requests, spaces, and billing details with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless event experience. The role requires at least three years of hospitality customer service, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with common software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years customer service experience in hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Detail and update group room and function space bookings for groups.
• Serve as single point of contact for meeting planners after booking.
• Coordinate group rooming lists, reservations, and billing details with departments and planners.
• Manage function space signage and setup per meeting planner.
• Coordinate special requests with the Sales team (Welcome notes, VIP amenities).
• Prepare and send invoices and receipts; track Event Reward Points for planners.
