Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and relay account information to managers.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts and resumes to relevant departments.
• Converse with clients politely and respond to inquiries.
• File and organize contracts and correspondence; keep records updated.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting space and banquets when needed.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines in daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
