Job summary

ROOST Rainey is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support corporate, group, and leisure sales efforts. You’ll handle administrative tasks, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and manage client communications from initial inquiry through arrival.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple deadlines, and a collaborative approach with Operations, Front Office, and Housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hotel sales, hospitality, event sales, or admin support.
• Experience in hotel, lifestyle hospitality, or luxury property preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Delphi, TripleSeat, or similar hotel sales software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Professional, polished, guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial team.
• Respond promptly to group and corporate inquiries, qualify leads and route opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, rooming lists, and other sales documentation.
