Job summary

Aloft Austin Round Rock is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in processing contracts and communicating client specifications to departments. The role helps manage group and individual bookings and ensures accurate data entry into the hotel system.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, prior experience in hotel sales or customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, events coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to complete training required by management or brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally; direct leads to the Sales Manager/Director as appropriate.
• Maintain rooming lists, group blocks, drop dates, BEOs, and group resumes.
• Prepare and process sales contracts according to established procedures; accurately enter data into the hotel database.
• Communicate customer specifications to relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of events and guest requests.
• Support the sales team with reporting, tracking, and follow-up to facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the sales and events team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
