Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team in administrative and operational tasks at our Oak Brook property. You will help coordinate sales activities, manage client communications, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Responsibilities include creating presentations, coordinating meetings, managing the CRM database, and assisting in event planning with hotel departments to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• LightSpeed and CI/TY experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel experience or hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Respond to inquiries about facilities, services and rates and maintain ongoing client communications.
• Sales Support: Prepare presentations, proposals, contracts; coordinate sales appointments and distribute reports.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, room blocks, and collaborate with banquet, catering and reservations teams.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate customer database; track leads and sales activities using CI/TY CRM.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle filing, data entry and office supplies.
