Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and event management. You will assist in managing group, corporate, and catering business and act as the liaison between Sales, Catering, Event Management, and other hotel departments.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure seamless events from pre-event to post-event.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with digital sales systems or willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries and provide professional, timely communication to clients and internal teams.
• Support sales and catering operations, including managing room blocks, reports, billing details, and event documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate event details throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
• Track key deadlines, client requirements, and event milestones to ensure successful execution.
• Utilize sales systems to support booking processes and achieve team goals.
• Participate in meetings, training, and reporting to support departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless events.
• Assist in achieving sales activity and revenue goals through client interaction and support efforts.
• Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and compliance with company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
