Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing department in maximizing revenue and bookings for the hotel. You will handle client communications, proposals, and event coordination to drive group business.

The role requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple events. Weekend availability and a customer‑service mindset are essential in our fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative functions, telephone, email and filing systems.
• Experience with Delphi FDC, Sales Pro, brand's PMS and/or sales related applications a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform and nametag.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain organized and accurate filing system on all accounts and trace file for future activities.
• Correspond with prospects and clients and answer questions about venue options, rates, room types, packages or promotions.
• Send proposals and/or invoices accurately, timely and professionally.
• Enter, retrieve or reconcile rooming lists, event orders or other information in CRM systems.
