Home2 Suites Mesa Longbow in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Catering team and ensure seamless execution of events. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients and Sales Managers, guiding inquiries from first contact to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or administrative experience in hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Windows; familiarity with sales software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage organization of sales files, client inquiries, and leads.
• Handle incoming inquiry calls with professional, prompt responses.
• Assist with preparing sales contracts, banquet event orders, and client communications.
• Coordinate small meetings and groups, handling logistics and rooming lists.
• Build a client pipeline and generate new leads for catering services.
• Oversee meetings/events to ensure guest satisfaction and final billing.
• Support site inspections and client visits with professional arrangements.
• Maintain sales supplies and promotional materials.
