Job summary

The Home2 Suites West Palm Beach Airport, managed by Vista Host Management & Development Company, seeks a Sales Coordinator who blends administrative and sales skills to support the sales team in booking and organizing group and transient business.

This role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating events, and ensuring client requirements are met with exceptional service, across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred, especially hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and engage with walk-in guests with a friendly attitude.
• Conduct tours of the hotel and meeting spaces for prospective clients.
• Assist in negotiating room rates and other hotel services with clients.
• Provide comprehensive support to clients from initial contact through event completion.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure a seamless guest experience across departments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and prospecting.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, rate agreements and related documentation.
• Resolve issues and complaints to ensure high-quality service.
