Job summary

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Sales and Events team. You will manage inquiries, prepare sales documents, and coordinate group and event details to help drive revenue and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative and sales support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales leads and document inquiries for proper routing.
• Support the Sales team with contracts, proposals, and event orders.
• Maintain client records and coordinate site visits or client stays.
• Assist with site inspections, client visits, and event planning activities.
• Communicate with clients and hotel departments to ensure smooth execution.
