Job summary

Maya Hotels in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the hotel's sales team by managing bookings, site tours, and event coordination. You will enter client data, draft proposals, and help secure group and SMERF bookings while collaborating with catering to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 1–2+ years in hotel or event venue sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfortable with Copper and TripleSeat CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in hotel or event venue sales.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Proficient in CRM software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain client information, sales activities, and bookings in Copper.
• Update event details, contracts, and BEOs in TripleSeat and coordinate with operations.
• Draft proposals and follow-up correspondence for group bookings and events.
• Monitor sales leads, bookings, and conversions; report to Director of Sales.
• Conduct site tours for prospective clients and tailor to event type.
