Maya Hotels is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to support the hotel's sales team in Charlotte, NC. You will manage bookings, coordinate site tours, and assist in drafting proposals to secure group events while coordinating with catering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in hotel or event venue sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain client information, sales activities, and bookings in Copper to support the Director of Sales.
• Update event details, contracts, and BEOs in TripleSeat for catering/ops alignment.
• Draft proposals and follow-up correspondence for group bookings and events.
• Monitor sales leads, bookings, and conversions; report to Director of Sales.
