Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Directors of Sales and Sales Managers. This on-site role handles reporting, proposals, contracts, and client communications while coordinating group stays and events.

You will maintain sales records, assist with resumes and BEOs, and help with prospecting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers.
• Generate and distribute sales reports, proposals, contracts, and analyses.
• Coordinate with hotel operations for group stays, meetings, and events.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and RFPs in a timely manner.
• Meet with clients and conduct tours of facilities and spaces.
• Assist with group room blocks, reservations, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate sales records and booking details.
• Prepare group resumes and BEOs; support prospecting and lead follow-ups.
