Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites – Ft. Worth Downtown is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in coordinating group bookings, events, and contracts.

You will communicate with clients, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to final billing, while collaborating with hotel departments to meet commitments. The role offers full-time employment with wage ranges starting at $19.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, plus wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to learn hotel sales software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager and team with coordinating group bookings, event details, and sales contracts.
• Communicate with clients to ensure events or group stays run smoothly from inquiry to final billing.
• Maintain sales records, prepare proposals, and track booking details.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to align departments with sales commitments.
• Provide administrative support such as emails, schedules, and sales reports.
