Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations of the sales team and liaise with the hotel’s operations. You will generate reports, coordinate group stays with operations, meet clients, and conduct tours of the property.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication. Expect a fast-paced environment with varied schedules and employee discounts on hotel stays and F&B.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in a hotel is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a necessity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute sales reports and statistical analyses.
• Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of a group’s stay.
• Meet with clients as needed.
• Conduct tours of the hotel and banquet facilities.
